On-Site Secure Data Destruction
Euro Recycling Limited has fulfilled contracts for secure on-site data destruction with the Kent, Sussex, Leicestershire and Lancashire constabularies. Police and Government facilities do not allow the removal of highly sensitive data from their sites and have readily embraced the mobile destruction units capabilities. The Mobile unit has been used to destroy data hardware carrying every level of security including National Security Secrets up to and including Top Secret Level.
The process of on site data destruction is fast, convenient and secure, the hard drives are striped from the chassis and handed to the mobile unit on site. Each hard drive serial number can be logged. The Mobile data destruction unit carries its own generators so no electricity connections are required. The hard drives are then introduced to our 5 tonne press which bends the disks beyond repair or recovery whilst being witnessed by your personnel. Magnetic media can also be handled through the use of the Communications Electronics Security Group (CESG) approved Verity SV91M Degausser.
Once the process is complete the hard drives are delivered by Euro Recycling personnel directly to the shredding utility based in Bristol UK. All other IT waste can also be transported from site in one consignment for recycling.
